HP Inc has unveiled its next generation DeskJet All-in-One (AiO) printer, the HP DeskJet 3720, which is half the size of other inkjet all-in-one printers in its class, combining robust print, scan and copy capabilities with easy mobile setup and features.
The new DeskJet comes in a variety of vivid colour hues including Electric Blue and Sea Grass Green as well as a polished Stone option. Additional colours are expected to be available in time for Christmas.
Setting up and printing directly from a mobile device is simple with in-OS solutions and the HP All-in-One Remote mobile application. The free app provides users with key features including printing, copying and scanning wirelessly from most smartphones and tablets including Apple, Android and Windows devices.
Using WiFi Direct, consumers can immediately begin printing from their mobile devices and access their printer without a network.
Consumers can print, share and design custom photos from Facebook, Instagram and Flickr or directly from a phone’s camera roll with the free HP Social Media Snapshots application.
HP also offers fun 4×5 sticky photo paper tailored just for the Social Media Snapshots app and perfect for decorating a bedroom, locker or sharing with family and friends.
Using HP Printbot, Facebook Messenger users can print content from a Facebook Messenger conversation. In addition to easily printing photos and documents, the bot allows users to add printers, print from the printer’s history, and order replacement supplies.
