Lenovo, through its subsidiary, Motorola Mobility, launched Moto G5 and Moto G5 Plus, the fifth generation of the Moto G family.

The Moto G, with a metal design, is available in lunar gray or fine gold, with an all-day 2800 mAh battery and a 10W rapid charger.

The 1.4 GHz octa-core processor offers fast access while locking the phone to keep information secure, or unlocking to access an app is via the fingerprint reader.

Moto G5 delivers with a 13MP camera and software such as phase detection autofocus (PDAF), enabling fast focus for sharper photos. The Moto G5 Plus boasts and advanced 12MP camera, including Dual Autofocus Pixels and, by utilising 10-times more pixels on the sensor, users can focus on a subject up to 60% faster, while a large f/1.7 aperture and bigger pixels let in more light.

The new phone has a 3000 mAh all-day battery and fuels up fast with TurboPower charging – up to six hours of battery life in just 15 minutes.

The Moto G5 Plus has a 2GHz octa-core processor and 4G LTE, while the Moto Display lets users preview notifications without unlocking the phone.
