Helen Svoboda looks after Linkqage’s enterprise brands: Synology, AOpen, Shuttle and Club3D

Why do resellers choose to deal with Linkqage?

Linkqage is a great place to work, and that makes it a great company to do business with.

It’s a family-oriented business, all the directors sit out on the floor with the other staff, and anyone can engage with them at any time. So everyone comes together as a team and works together to craft solutions for customers.

This also drives a more personal experience for staff and for customers.

Added to this, we have nationwide branches and a high level of technical expertise. We carry stock in all our branches, based on the particular needs in each region. And, because we’re well-represented throughout the country, we can ship to just about any region.

We offer our resellers training and development opportunities, while ensuring transparency across the whole channel.

What do you enjoy about working at Linkqage?

I’ve been working here for six years, and I love the family-oriented style of the business. For the directors, it’s not just a role – they don’t shy away from helping and guiding staff.

It really is a great place to work. Today’s business environment can be very challenging, fast-paced and pressured. But, when the right management team supports you and trusts you to make the right decisions, that’s very satisfying.

Tell us about the brands you represent:

Synology is a leading NAS (network-attached storage) provider that has been delivering year-on-year growth for Linkqage.

It is always innovating – not just improving the technology, but also making sure it’s user-friendly.

People are often intimidated by NAS, thinking it will be too complicated to deploy. But the Synology solutions are intuitive and helpful, so customers can easily perform backup and restore functions.

In addition, the Synology solutions are scalable and focus on security.

In terms of managing the brand, we work with our partners to do accurate forecasting and to provide market support.

We don’t just drop the product off and leave, but operate as the back office for our partners.

We believe that this close relationship means we are asking the right questions, so we understand the environment and provide the right solutions.

Linkqage offers a complete networking, audio-visual and cabling product portfolio, so Synology’s data backup is a great ft.

AOpen is a digital signage brand, with solutions that span from a single screen to a full video wall.

It offers high-performance capabilities, with enhanced solutions and realistic images.

In addition, the solutions are very reliable and durable, with a robust design that is built to last.

In the digital signage space, we need robust products. Airtime is money, and customers need to be confident that the signage is up and running, and can take the punches.

Wherever you look – medical offices, corporate communications, wayfinding, restaurants – there is signage space, and if your messaging isn’t there, someone else’s will be.

The AOpen products are supplied as complete units, with built-in memory and storage.

The Shuttle range of signage solutions is more configurable.

We carry both brands so we can always offer our customers the solution that fits their requirements.

Both brands are made in Taiwan and both have a three-year carry-in warranty.

The Shuttle product range has really taken off and we are seeing exponential growth.

The solutions offer 24/7 operation across a wide temperature range.

We have just launched the Shuttle AI PC, a small, ready-to-go unit that lets customers use artificial intelligence (AI) to streamline operations, assist with tasks, and free up time.

It’s important for customers to be AI-ready, to start using AI tools to enhance analytics and become more competitive.

When Linkqage talks about carrying products that offer customers good, better, and best quality, Club 3D comes in as the “best”.

The range of accessories encompasses docking stations, hubs, cables and adapters for gaming and commercial use.

Club 3D truly understands customers’ needs and expectation. The plug-and-play capabilities are truly effortless, and they are overall simple and easy to use.

The brand has been around since 1997, and they really do know their stuff.

They are also committed to protecting the environment, so all the packaging for cables, connectors and adapters is eco-friendly. This might not sound like a big deal, but customers are much more environmentally-conscious these days and even one person buying an adapter can make a difference.
