Fitbit’s lightest metal smartwatch, the Fitbit Versa, offers a comfortable design and a new dashboard that simplifies how users access health and fitness data.

Advanced health and fitness features like 24/7 heart rate tracking, onscreen workouts, and automatic sleep stages tracking is paired with smart features like quick replies on Android, wallet-free payments and on-device music.

The device boasts more than four-days of battery life.

The Fitbit Versa launches with Fitbit OS 2.0, which includes personalised dashboard for a simplified, intuitive and holistic view of health and fitness data.

Fitbit also announced new female health tracking, available on-device for Fitbit Versa and Fitbit Ionic users, and to all Fitbit.

For those interested in developing for the Fitbit OS, Fitbit is also launching its first online simulatrpr. This will allow developers to easily build and deploy apps and clock faces for Ionic and Versa, without having a device of their own.
