Tarsus On Demand (TOD) has become an Amazon Web Services (AWS) distributor and will work with AWS to provide enhanced cloud services and support for independent software vendors (ISVs) and managed service providers (MSPs) across sub-Saharan Africa.
Chantelle Trollip, Tarsus On Demand’s AWS program manager, comments: “Becoming an AWS distribution partner marks a significant milestone in our commitment to providing comprehensive cloud solutions. This collaboration allows us to support our partners’ multi-cloud strategies and continue to drive innovation in the cloud space.”
TOD’s focus on demand generation, migrations and technical enablement of partners will help enhance the customer journey and deliver loyalty-building solutions. TOD is integrating AWS services into its portfolio through structured training and certification programs. Immediate changes for customers include access to a broader range of AWS services and support for complex cloud strategies.
As part of the partnership, TOD will introduce several key initiatives aimed at bolstering AWS partners’ capabilities and driving growth. The AWS Skills Builder program will provide comprehensive training to upskill partners on AWS technologies, including AI, machine learning, and cloud migration. TOD’s demand-generation activities will help partners build brand awareness and drive sales. Dedicated technical support teams will offer assistance with complex cloud solutions, ensuring seamless implementation and operation. Additionally, the Accelerated Development Program is designed to fast-track the development of partners’ AWS capabilities, reducing the time to market for new solutions.
