Ricoh’s Print Management Cloud makes it possible for companies to easily track print use and reimburse staff in remote work environments, print to any device regardless of location, and cut costs by removing the need for servers.
The updated Ricoh solution is available via the cloud as a hosted service or via on-premise private cloud and offers enhanced security benefits for hybrid workplaces.
An additional benefit is that workers get a print experience consistent with being in the office, even when they work remotely. Plus, there are the benefits that come from evergreen cloud services. Organisations can also control print costs and scale their environments quickly and easily.
The solution comes standard with secure print release, swipe card or PIN authentication, device data encryption, and data overwrite security system (DOSS). DOSS reduces risk of information theft by performing a three-pass overwrite to data written to MFP hard drives and storage.
