Lenovo has announced a new option for a metered TruScale model, designed for a High Performance Computing (HPC) as a Service solution, that shortens procurement cycles and allows customers to pay only for the IT infrastructure they use in a monthly as-a-service payment model.
The enhanced Lenovo TruScale offering ensures HPC deployments are delivered by its HPC Professional Services team, who are experts in end-to-end ownership of HPC deployments by project managing the delivery of TruScale for HPC hardware to service deployment.
Once deployed, a dedicated HPC Systems Admin team takeover to proactively monitor the hardware and software applications services to improve performance and cluster availability.
The new capability from Lenovo TruScale offers a consumption-based model with an innovative HPC exclusive metering capability based on compute resources (cores, memory, GPU, storage, licenses, etc.) used by HPC jobs.
