Epson has expanded its line-up to include the TM-m30II-NT, featuring network tethering that allows the printer to provide an internet connection to the tablet over cable.

The new model offers useful features such as a near -end sensor, so when paper is low, it can be changed at the most suitable time, meaning downtime is kept to a minimum.

Key features include:

  • ‘Sync and Charge’ for tablet device connection, which allows the tablet to be powered and print data over a single cable.
  • ‘Network Tethering’, which allows sharing of LAN connection with the connected tablet over cable e.g. for stable Internet connection without Wi-Fi drop-outs.
  • Two USB A ports allow simple peripheral connection alongside tablet ‘Sync and Charge’ connection.
  • Access and control of the peripherals from applications via the ePOS device.
  • Epson’s tried and trusted build quality.
  • Intelligent functionality: Server Direct Print (SDP) and Cloud (OMS).
  • Standard paper “near -end” sensor allows monitoring of paper low status.

The TM-m30II-NT is now available through Kemtek Imaging Systems, Mustek, JustPOS, and Tarsus.
