Acer Africa has announced the arrival of its latest Acer Chromebook Spin 514, a convertible laptop powered by an energy-efficient Snapdragon processor and running ChromeOS.

Featuring a 360-degree hinge, users can easily switch between laptop, tent, tablet, and display modes.

Under the hood, the Snapdragon platform provides instant-on performance, long battery life, and quiet, fan-less operation, while ChromeOS ensures fast boot times and automatic updates for a smooth, secure experience.

Weighing just 1.3 kg and featuring an aluminium chassis, the Spin 514 has a 14-inch Full HD IPS touchscreen with Corning Gorilla Glass protection.

It has a battery life of up to 15 hours, WiFi 6 connectivity, and collaboration on Google Workspace, Microsoft 365 Web, and popular Android apps.

The Acer Chromebook Spin 514 supports Acer’s global Earthion initiative.
